📋 Description

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Define project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage implementation processes, including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and status reports • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Track project performance and analyze completion of short- and long-term goals • Adjust project constraints based on financial analysis • Communicate and present project schedules and statuses • Report and escalate to management as needed • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Serve as primary project owner and key customer/internal stakeholder contact • Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, and external partners • Conduct project reviews and status meetings, providing visibility into progress, risks, mitigation plans, and critical decisions • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions • Drive change management activities and control project scope, requirements, and deliverables • Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and financial metrics • Represent the Voice of the Customer by coordinating customer requirements, priorities, and business needs • Maintain project documentation, schedules, forecasts, and reporting in company systems while complying with Sensata processes and policies

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
