📋 Description

• Serve as the client's official and trusted point of contact, monitoring their pain points in real time and aligning expectations • Deeply understand clients' business objectives and translate them into well-defined technical scopes and value-driven deliveries • Evaluate the impact of client requests to prioritize the backlog with the technical team, providing quick responses and intelligent solutions during high‑urgency moments • Act as a facilitator between technical and business stakeholders (both internal and clients), ensuring clear and aligned communication • Manage project timelines, delivery milestones, and alignment meetings for the accounts under your responsibility • Ensure deliveries operate with excellence, securely and in full compliance with BACEN and SUSEP regulations • Provide consultative support to clients, addressing strategic and conceptual questions about the operation of the Open ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in delivery roles for digital products or services • Solid knowledge of business rules, flows, and operations of Open Finance and/or Open Insurance • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Assertive communication skills to negotiate deadlines, align scopes with clients, and translate technical terms into business context • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple account schedules and delivery timelines concurrently
