📋 Description

• Develop and enhance APIs, microservices, and workers using Java and Node.js • Participate in requirements gathering, refinement, and technical task definition • Implement solutions based on Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, Design Patterns, and clean code principles • Create and maintain unit and integration tests • Work with relational and non-relational databases and messaging systems • Participate in code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery processes • Investigate issues, track support tickets, and help resolve blockers • Provide technical support to other team members • Collaborate with the Tech Lead on improving processes and documentation • Participate in ceremonies and alignment meetings with the client, communicating progress, risks, and blockers • Propose improvements to increase the quality, stability, and predictability of deliveries • Develop and enhance APIs and microservices for a strategic payments platform

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with Java and Node.js, with professional expertise in both technologies • Strong knowledge of Node.js, particularly NestJS • Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and workers • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture, and Design Patterns • Strong command of object-oriented programming and clean code best practices • Experience with unit and integration testing, TDD, and BDD • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, preferably Oracle and MongoDB • Experience with messaging systems such as IBM MQ or RabbitMQ • Knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift • Experience with Git, code reviews, merging, and collaborative development • Experience with CI/CD and tools such as Jenkins • Ability to independently analyze and resolve problems • Assertive communication skills and confidence interacting directly with clients • Preferred: experience in the financial, banking, fintech, or payments industries • Preferred: experience with Pix and high-volume transactional systems • Preferred: advanced knowledge of Java and Node.js • Preferred: experience with DevOps culture and practices • Preferred: experience in high-availability environments and mission-critical systems • Preferred: previous experience serving as a technical reference or leading technical teams • Preferred: consulting experience and direct interaction with enterprise clients • Preferred: knowledge of the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence tools in software development
