• Serás el primer punto de contacto para los usuarios, resolviendo preguntas técnicas y de negocio, realizando demostraciones de producto y asegurando que cada ticket se cierre con una experiencia sobresaliente • Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la retención y el crecimiento de los clientes • Propietario de problemas reportados por clientes hasta su resolución • Realizar recorridos del producto y responder preguntas de los clientes • Investigar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos • Proporcionar retroalimentación rápida y precisa a los usuarios • Registrar y cerrar todos los casos correctamente en el sistema • Manejar consultas a través de correo electrónico, teléfono y video en vivo • Buscar constantemente formas de superar las expectativas de los clientes
• Empatía, paciencia y una mentalidad de resolución de problemas • 1–3 años de experiencia en atención al cliente, idealmente en start-ups tecnológicas • Sólidos antecedentes analíticos, cómodo con números • Conocimientos prácticos de SQL, Excel y herramientas de soporte (p. ej. Zohodesk) • Excelentes habilidades verbales, escritas y de presentación • Fluidez nativa en alemán y dominio del inglés profesional
