📋 Description

• Improve developer experience and engineering productivity by building tools and workflows for developing, testing, and shipping software • Maintain infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, and Terragrunt • Improve the reliability and performance of CI/CD workflows • Investigate slow builds, failed pipelines, and flaky tests • Develop internal tools and improve test infrastructure • Occasionally work on product features • Improve observability across infrastructure and delivery workflows using OpenTelemetry and ELK • Build cloud-based AI agent tools to improve engineering workflows • Help teams adopt effective engineering practices • Support infrastructure, developer tooling, and delivery workflows used by more than 100 engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing and maintaining complex CI/CD workflows • Software development experience building internal tools, APIs, backend services, or automation • Experience with AWS or another cloud provider • Telemetry and monitoring experience, including OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Kibana • Strong Computer Science and System Design fundamentals • Willingness to learn and use Ruby and/or Go • Experience optimizing CI build times, especially with Jenkins • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes • Experience with Ruby, Python, or JavaScript • Familiarity with build systems such as Webpack or Gradle • Authorized to work for any employer in Portugal without requiring visa support now or in the future • Resume required • GitHub profile and a link to a contributed GitHub repository required
