📋 Description

• Serve as a primary admin for our Salesforce org (~500 users) • Perform standard admin tasks: user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and audits • Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, custom objects, and Lightning components • Customize and support managed packages such as Salesforce CPQ, and others • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, technical, and scalable solutions • Own full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features • Perform regular system health checks, release planning, and regression testing • Train end-users, maintain documentation, and champion best practices • Work independently and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience • 1+ year of Salesforce CPQ experience (preferred) • Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports) • Experience with Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning Components, and SOQL (preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Marketo, Outreach) is a plus • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders at all levels • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Sales Cloud/CPQ/Platform Developer certifications preferred
