• Lead the project from start to finish with full accountability for budget, schedule, scope, and quality • Coordinate work across all internal divisions (including Structural Steel, Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing) and subcontractors • Manage project documentation, tracking, and reporting for leadership and owners • Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure daily progress, solve conflicts, and eliminate delays • Review project specs, shop drawings, and submittals to ensure alignment with design and owner expectations • Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients, engineers, superintendents, and vendors • Track RFIs, change orders, field directives, submittals, and cost impacts with accuracy and urgency • Create and deliver project updates, schedules, and budget summaries for internal and external stakeholders • Ensure all work meets or exceeds Sentry’s quality expectations and project requirements • Support and enforce safety policies and protocols in coordination with site leadership • Identify risks early and implement solutions that protect the project and team
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, including direct responsibility for water or wastewater treatment plant builds or upgrades • Experience as the General Contractor managing self-perform and subcontractor scopes • Strong understanding of contracts, pay applications, RFIs, change orders, and close-out requirements • Ability to lead and coordinate field and office teams in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment • Excellent communication, documentation, and scheduling skills
