📋 Description
• Design and implement the "Golden Paths" for microservices and infrastructure • Develop CLI tools, portals, or API interfaces for self-service resources • Develop and maintain a library of modular, testable, and versioned Terraform modules • Architect robust GitHub Actions workflows and GitOps pipelines • Implement "Compliance by Design" using tools like Open Policy Agent (OPA) • Ensure that every service deployed via the Golden Path inherits standard logging, metrics, and dashboards
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering • proficient in a high-level language (e.g., Go, Python) • deep, hands-on mastery of AWS and Kubernetes • expert-level knowledge of Terraform • understand the balance between standardization and developer autonomy • experience working in regulated environments (FinTech preferred) • excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
