📋 Description

• Design AI-first product experiences across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agent workflows • Partner with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping to bring new concepts to life • Explore how agentic AI workflows should behave: what they do automatically, when they ask for input, how they explain their reasoning • Move fluidly between broad concepts and tactical deliverables, from sketching a finance copilot to refining invoice approval interactions • Prototype rapidly and test ideas with internal stakeholders and customers • Contribute to design reviews and help build a strong design culture at Sequence

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level Product Designer with ~3-4 years of experience • Experience shipping B2B products, ideally in finance or workflow-heavy domains • Comfortable working in early-stage startup environments • Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (Cursor, Midjourney, Figma Make, Claude Artifacts, etc.) • Experience designing for AI-native workflows and agentic interactions • Ability to operate in ambiguity and explore new interaction models • Prioritize speed and impact over long-form research • Prototyping rapidly and testing ideas with stakeholders and customers • Partnering with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping • Strong interaction design skills and ability to move between broad concepts and tactical deliverables
