📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and custom enhancements using SAP ABAP • Architect and implement integrations between SAP and non-SAP environments using SAP CPI • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for distributed, global engineering teams • Work on end-to-end digital transformation projects for global enterprise clients

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience in backend development using SAP ABAP • Demonstrated expertise in building and managing integrations with SAP CPI • Strong background in leadership and successfully guiding and collaborating with global teams • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Practical experience or foundational knowledge of SAP Fiori UX/UI (desired) • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants (desired)
