📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product management, architecture, engineering, and operations teams • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions aligned with product strategy • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules • Analyze enterprise business processes and define future-state business capabilities • Create functional specifications and process models • Participate in Agile delivery activities, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives • Analyze system interactions, interfaces, data flows, and platform dependencies in Microsoft Azure environments • Define requirements for AI-powered product features, including acceptance criteria for LLM, Copilot, and RAG solutions • Evaluate impacts of proposed changes across applications, APIs, integrations, processes, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within software product development environments • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong proven experience with Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story mapping • Working knowledge of SDLC, REST APIs, data modeling concepts, SQL, and enterprise application architectures • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and Visio or Miro • Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI governance • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • CBAP or PMI-PBA certification desired • SAFe POPM or SAFe Agilist certification desired • Experience with Power BI desired • Experience within enterprise SaaS or cloud-native product organizations desired • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants desired
