📋 Description

• Structure and analyze complex business problems • Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate issues and generate insights • Extract relevant insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders • Develop high-quality deliverables and high-impact presentations • Manage stakeholders effectively within a project-based environment • Generate insights and recommendations for business problems • Collaborate with global teams on end-to-end digital transformation projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of overall experience in consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles • Strong problem conceptualization and problem-solving capabilities • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct data-driven analysis and generate insights • Experience preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a consulting environment • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus • Preferred background in Consulting, Strategy, or Business Transformation • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is preferred
