âąOwn and execute the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Capterra, and other relevant platforms âąLead, mentor, and develop a team of two PPC specialists âąMonitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS) âąDevelop and manage the paid media budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI âąDesign and run A/B tests, experiments, and creative iterations across platforms âąReport on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations regularly âąWork cross-functionally with internal marketing teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and performance alignment âąStay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
âą5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or digital product environment âąExperience managing a team and working with cross-functional stakeholders âąDeep hands-on expertise with Google Ads with proven experience managing campaigns across additional paid channels like LinkedIn, and Meta. âąProven track record managing successful paid acquisition campaigns across channels and geographies âąStrong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy and drive decision-making âąFluency in English with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) âąSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
