You will be working closely with leading integrators in Europe and the US to expand our market reach and scale sales of our AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships, designing processes and structures and supporting our partners in the successful implementation of our solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Education and Experience • Experience in partner sales management: proven success in the development and implementation of partner strategies, ideally in the logistics or automation sector. • In-industry network: Contacts with leading integrators and a deep understanding of their business models and market requirements. • Skills • Leadership experience: Experience in building and leading teams and implementing new processes and structures. • Technical understanding: An engineering background or affinity for complex technical products makes it easier for you to work with partners and internal teams. • Go-to-market expertise: Ability to develop and successfully implement innovative strategies. • Strong communication skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills paired with a strong customer and partner orientation. • Willingness to travel: Flexibility to travel regularly (approx. 50% on-the-road travel required) to maintain and develop local partnerships. • Language proficiency: Strong command of both German and English.
