• At Serve Robotics, we’re reimagining how things move in cities. • Our personable sidewalk robot is our vision for the future. • It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses. • The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while doing commercial deliveries. • We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity. • Come join Serve Robotics as our Senior Product Manager to lead a first-of-a-kind delivery platform for robot fleets. • Define the intersection of delivery logistics, robotics, commerce, routing, and more to set the product vision and grow the business. • This role also owns integrations with external partners, building features that delight users and scale our business. • As the primary point of contact for what is possible with partner teams, you will leverage your technical expertise and product judgment to lead high-impact initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping API-driven features or products and experience optimizing post-launch. • Experience working with multiple partners, resolving conflicting requirements and priorities and negotiating for solutions that lead to a successful partnership • Demonstrated ability to lead external partner integrations with a strong technical focus. • Excellent product judgment, with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL or similar tools. • Experience with on demand delivery, logistics, ecommerce, fleet management, streaming services, healthcare services or other systems with real-time reliability requirements.
