• Previous experience working in a Command Center or NOC • Monitor the IT environment (servers, backup routines, communication links); respond to and resolve tickets • Perform initial critical analysis when opening repair tickets; review tickets escalated to other levels and track their progress; coordinate with other departments involved in incident creation, handling, and closure • Request and keep updated the information on tickets under treatment across various areas, ensuring compliance with established SLAs (protocols and services), tools, and backup routines • Experience in handling and resolving infrastructure tickets related to networks and servers
