📋 Description

• Actively support the sales team • Outreach tasks such as cold calling and warm calling • Sales pipeline management in our CRM • Needs analysis & qualification: pain points, decision logic, stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in the tech or health sector (advantageous but not required) • Native German speaker (C2) • Excellent communication and persuasion skills • Structured working style; experience with Confluence and Jira
