📋 Description

• Lead OFCI Program team to develop and execute optimized supply chain strategies for capital equipment supporting global DC construction projects • Develop organizational capabilities and standardize sourcing and procurement processes across global regions • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement • Produce Executive level/ Management reports around the health of the supply chain program • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key global suppliers to secure production capacity and priority delivery • Lead the team to proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supply continuity, logistics constraints, and geopolitical disruptions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration • 10+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Experience managing capital equipment or MEP procurement in data center construction, hyperscale, industrial, mission-critical environments • Proven record of successful people management • Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management with knowledge of construction and project controls • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), construction management tools (Primavera, Procore), and digital procurement platforms
