📋 Description

• Manage the team of supply chain professionals to ensure a consistent method of managing construction projects • Develop and implement supply chain strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope of services requirements and specifications • Produce Executive level/ Management level reports around the health of the supply chain program • Ensure a robust program in place to source and qualify suppliers • Oversee the development and execution of procurement plans • Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field (Master Degree preferred) • Supply Chain Management certification preferred • Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management required, preferably in a management role • Must demonstrate a working knowledge in best practice procurement processes • Must have overall expertise in Data Center construction • Superior communication and analytical skills • Significant demonstrated experience as a people manager
