📋 Description
• Shape and execute the company’s tax strategy in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment • Design and implement the Group’s international tax strategy aligned with growth and expansion goals • Identify and execute tax optimization opportunities in compliance with local and international regulations • Ensure tax compliance across all jurisdictions where the Group operates • Support strategic operations such as M&A, corporate restructuring and strategic projects • Establish robust processes and tools for reliable tax management in a fast-growing context • Manage relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors • Report to the Group CFO
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced degree in Tax Law, Business Law, or equivalent • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in international taxation, ideally within the tech or retail sector • Strong expertise in tax structuring, compliance, and optimization • Experience supporting M&A, corporate restructuring and strategic projects • Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-growth environments • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, autonomy, and rigor • Fluent in English
