📋 Description

• Develop, train, and test Arabic text-to-speech models • Contribute to model training pipelines and evaluations • Translate linguistic and dialect feedback into concrete technical improvements • Contribute to Arabic text normalization, diacritization (tashkeel), and grapheme-to-phoneme components • Research and implement new voice, text, and data modules for company products • Research and integrate third-party components required by products • Enable product integrations with different platforms and provide support • Answer technical questions from assigned clients • Implement enhancements and improvements based on customer demand • Update and maintain installed programs at customer sites • Improve product performance • Implement coding and optimizations for product integrations • Handle improvements and bug fixes within the R&D team • Collaborate with Sestek and Unifonic teams and provide ongoing TTS expertise • Document R&D studies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Approximately 3 years of experience in software development • Experience in speech technologies (TTS/ASR), NLP, or machine learning strongly preferred • Native proficiency in Arabic, including strong command of MSA and native-level command of Saudi/Gulf Arabic • Ability to recognize and distinguish Saudi dialects independently or with support from the Arabic Linguistics Specialist • Strong familiarity with Saudi/Gulf Arabic varieties • Good command of English • Turkish is a plus • Solid coding skills, such as Python • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks • Broader engineering skills such as MLOps, data pipelines, Kubernetes, low-latency APIs, and Git/version control are nice to have • Strong communication skills for working with linguists, customers, and other non-technical stakeholders • Analytical, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented approach
