• Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout) for small to large projects following established SDLC methodologies. • Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle, including work plans, status reports, and dashboards. • Coordinate and manage project scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. • Oversee communication plans and provide updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership. • Identify potential issues and implement risk mitigation strategies to facilitate problem resolution. • Build and maintain collaborative, high-performing project teams with available resources. • Work within Change Management and Release Management frameworks for Medicaid System implementations. • Maintain project roadmaps and present processes and stakeholder feedback to senior leadership. • May require working over 40 hours/week, including weekends, as needed.
• 8+ Years • 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager • 4+ years of experience with PowerBI • 3+ years of experience with Mainframe and distributed systems • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Project Web App, Power BI, Teams, and Mainframe. • Excellent written and oral communication, adaptability, self-motivation, time management, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
