• As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for clients navigating the perinatal journey. This is a part‑time salaried position, expected to average approximately 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables. • Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments). 24 client appointments per week • Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting • Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches) • Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans • Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment • Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests
• Independently licensed in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist) • North Carolina Residency requirement • At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women’s mental health • Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices • Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning • Passion for Seven Starling’s mission and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company • This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a team-based environment who want to grow professionally, and are excited to help shape the future of perinatal mental health care. • Multi-state license is a plus
