📋 Description

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System • Schedule and perform phone screens • Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy • Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups • Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis • Help develop recruiting best practices and ensure every candidate has a world-class experience

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline • Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development • Interest in startups • High standards and commitment to quality results • Willingness to challenge decisions respectfully and commit to decisions • Ability to work independently, take calculated risks, and deliver results
