📋 Description

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend and frontend services • Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new features and resolve bugs • Work on performance tuning, debugging, and scaling of Sezzle's platform • Document software functionalities and contribute to the knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Golang, Python, or any backend language • Familiarity with Javascript/Typescript and React or similar framework • Basic understanding of databases and SQL • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required • Comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail • Curious, eager to learn, and willing to ask questions • Passionate about technology and eager to develop skills • Enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced team • Strong desire to solve complex problems
