đź“‹ Description

• Respond to and resolve incoming IT service desk tickets in Jira related to hardware, software, or user access issues. • Assist with diagnosing and resolving end-user device issues, including both macOS and Windows systems. • Support the setup, imaging, and distribution of laptops and peripherals for new and existing employees. • Help provision accounts, configure systems for new hires, and assist with access removal and equipment collection for departures. • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensuring proper tagging, documentation, and periodic audits. • Contribute to and update internal documentation for troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and process workflows. • Support the IT Operations team with ongoing initiatives related to system improvements, automation, or infrastructure upgrades. • Participate in miscellaneous tasks and projects that support the IT Operations team’s mission.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or technical program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferably with an emphasis on IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Management. • Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems. • Basic understanding of networking, device configuration, and troubleshooting. • Exposure to cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace. • Interest in learning IT ticketing systems, MDM platforms, and automation tools. • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience providing IT support (academic, internship, or volunteer) is preferred. • Basic knowledge of IT security concepts and best practices is preferred.
