📋 Description
• Coordinate with the internal finance team to monitor, analyze and regularly report on external legal spending • Prepare legal spend dashboards to highlight current and historical legal spend by category • Manage Legal Department technology solutions and processes • Act as a liaison and coordinating resource for the Legal Department’s litigation hold and e-discovery tools • Work with Legal leadership to develop and track metrics to measure and communicate departmental goals • Manage outside counsel billing, budget management and payment cycles
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 5+ years of similar experience in at least two of the following areas: budget and financial management, technology management, operational effectiveness, vendor management
