📋 Description

• Assist the product manager in drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets for changes and improvements to the payments service • Ensure work is well-documented, properly prioritized, and moving through the backlog; follow up on status and surface blockers • Gather background context, summarize key information, and prepare materials ahead of provider meetings • Respond to routine internal questions using available resources • Learn and apply SQL to query payment data • Support dashboards tracking payment performance, processing failures, and operational health • Flag anomalies in payment flows and assemble data for reviews and investigations • Maintain documentation for payment flows, fee structures, and operational processes • Keep cross-functional teams aligned with concise written updates • Participate in agile meetings and collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams • Translate technical challenges into clear language and business needs into actionable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field • A genuine interest in payments, fintech, and how complex financial systems work under the hood • Natural curiosity and a logical mindset • Strong attention to detail • Comfort working with data and a willingness to learn SQL; prior experience is a plus but not required • Effective written and verbal communication • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required • Candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication
