• Own a portfolio of products and drive success across the full product marketing lifecycle, from discovery through launch, optimization, and iteration • Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities • Support and help evolve Shopper Voice and Customer Advocacy research programs • Apply a Gen Z consumer perspective to problem framing, messaging, and product experience evaluation • Use AI tools to accelerate insight generation and inform growth strategy and marketing plans • Define product positioning and messaging grounded in behavioral data and user research • Develop and execute go-to-market plans across in-app surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and marketing channels • Monitor post-launch adoption and engagement, identify risks, and find iteration opportunities • Design tests, monitor results, and iterate based on data • Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing Communications on testing, launching, and improving products • Navigate Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing to move work forward • Adapt priorities as business needs shift • Contribute to team documentation so insights and learnings can be shared across teams
• 0–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related field; internships, co-ops, and class projects count • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results • Clear, concise communication skills and ability to turn complexity into a sharp insight or recommendation • Curiosity about AI tools and eagerness to use them to work smarter • Consumer-facing or mobile product experience • Familiarity with user research methodologies, NPS analysis, or customer interview programs • Experience with lifecycle messaging, in-product copy, or Braze (or similar) • Background in fintech, subscriptions, or marketplace businesses • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative user data • Gen Z consumer perspective • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing
