📋 Description
• Design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines • Architect and evolve Sezzle’s data ecosystem • Lead development of ETL/ELT workflows using Redshift, DBT, and AWS DMS • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements • Evaluate and integrate new technologies into Sezzle's data stack
🎯 Requirements
• 9+ years of experience in data engineering • Deep expertise with AWS Redshift or similar products • Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java) • Experience building and maintaining AWS-based data platforms • Strong understanding of data modeling and distributed systems
