📋 Description

• Build and maintain features across our marketing technology platform and mobile applications, actively learning new areas of the product • Develop and extend integrations with marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., lifecycle automation tools, attribution systems, content management platforms) • Contribute to backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power campaign targeting, user segmentation, and messaging delivery • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics stakeholders to translate business requirements into engineering solutions • Be an active participant in design and architecture discussions, sharing your ideas while building the next generation of features for the Sezzle platform • Hands-on with our codebase and a contributor to code reviews • Mentor other engineers who are starting along their career path • Work with the team to continuously build and deploy scalable solutions • Assist in planning, estimations, and completion for projects brought up by team stakeholders • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in software development • Bachelor's in computer science (required) • Familiarity with modern Frontend Development, with React experience preferred • Ability to solve problems with backend-focused languages like Go or similar compiled statically typed language • Intermediate understanding of relational databases like MySQL
