📋 Description

• Lead the Hybrid Cloud Operations (HCO) function • Foster people development and operational excellence • Lead People & Culture routines, including 1:1 meetings, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ongoing feedback, and conflict resolution • Facilitate the day-to-day work of multidisciplinary, self-managing squads • Partner with Specialist Architects and Tech Leads to ensure the development of capabilities to design, deliver, and sustain solutions • Ensure compliance with SLOs, safeguarding the performance and quality of the experience delivered • Follow and promote ITSM processes and support a blameless culture through Postmortem practices • Support strategic planning and lead the cascading and tracking of squad OKRs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading hybrid/complex cloud operations teams and managing people, with a people-first mindset • AI-first mindset and hands-on experience with AIOps, Generative AI, intelligent agents, or LLMs applied to cloud operations, incident resolution, and operational workflow optimization • Hands-on experience managing technical projects, working with ITSM frameworks (ITIL 4), operational metrics (SLAs, SLOs, MTRS), and OKRs • Strong knowledge of architecture, hybrid connectivity, automation (IaC/SRE), and security within the Microsoft Cloud/Azure ecosystem • Recommended certifications for the HCO Technical Leader certification matrix: AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-700, AZ-500, and AZ-800/AZ-801 • Hands-on experience building AIOps routines or automations with Azure OpenAI/Microsoft Copilot is a plus • Active Microsoft MVP (Azure or AI) or MCT designation is a plus • Active Microsoft Applied Skills credentials are a plus • Concurrent dual Expert certification (AZ-305 + AZ-400) is a plus • Previous experience in technical and people leadership at a Managed Services Provider (MSP) is a plus • Applied Cost Governance (FinOps) practices are a plus
