📋 Description

• Carry out asbestos consultancy and surveying activities at client sites across the UK • Provide expert advice on asbestos risks, ensuring clients meet legal, safety, and compliance standards • Support high-quality reporting, adherence to internal procedures, and continuous professional development • Conduct asbestos surveys, safely sample suspect materials, and accurately record findings in line with job instructions and internal procedures • Assess identified asbestos risks, advise clients on appropriate removal or safe management • Collaborate closely with clients and project teams, ensuring effective communication and timely reporting • Support quality assurance activities, including audits and corrective actions, while contributing to continual improvement and best practice

🎯 Requirements

• Certification or qualification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402) • Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, ideally within a similar role or environment • Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation, regulations, and guidelines • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and document survey findings • Proficient computer skills, including experience with survey software and Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously • A valid driving license to use in the UK and willingness to travel to various sites as required
