📋 Description

• Independently review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts • Issue monthly contracts bulletins • Provide regular contracts training and risk advice to the business • Draft and negotiate customer and supplier agreements, real estate leases, software licenses, purchase, sales, and insurance contracts • Develop tailored agreements for unique business needs and transactions • Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies • Conduct regulatory and business-related research and review agreements and documents • Act as escalation point for Paralegals with contract questions or issues • Participate in special projects involving contracts expertise • Provide strategic advice to business stakeholders, Vice President-level executives, and senior leaders on deal structuring, risk allocation, and transaction matters • Support integration of newly acquired entities by evaluating and revising contract templates and developing new templates • Advise on commercial issues, contract interpretation, and contractual disputes • Help develop and maintain contract playbooks, negotiation guidance, fallback positions, and standard agreement templates • Support the Legal team and business objectives across a broad range of commercial matters • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience as a contracts professional • Demonstrated ability to independently review, negotiate, and finalize a broad range of commercial and government contracts • Experience with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional agreements, RFPs, and complex procurement and contracting documents • NCMA membership • Advanced English • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment • Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, negotiation and legal reasoning skills • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with others and coordinate internal and external activities having legal significance to the Company • Ability to manage issues and workload independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and CoPilot • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations
