📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and management of a global corporate credit card program across multiple regions. • Collaborate across Finance, Procurement, Treasury, IT and HR to ensure a successful rollout aligned with operational, financial, and compliance requirements worldwide. • Define and implement program governance, policies, and controls aligned with T&E and procurement. • Manage relationships with card issuers. • Partner with IT and Finance teams to integrate card feeds into ERP platform (Oracle). • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and local tax laws. • Drive change management to support global adoption and policy alignment. • Monitor KPIs: adoption rate, policy compliance, cost savings. • Provide support, training, and communication plans for employees and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in program/project management in global finance, treasury, or procurement • Experience with corporate card programs or global payments. • Background with global card issuers (Amex, Visa, etc.). • Good knowledge of Oracle Finance and T&E • Proficient in project management. • Fluent in English (must have); other languages a plus. • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail • Reasoning skills to analyze disparate information flows • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure • Goal-oriented and action focused, yet comfortable working with ambiguity • Strong motivating and influencing skills at all levels of the organization • Strong critical thinking and quantitative analysis skills • Spend analytics and reporting experience.
