• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the Feed team of approximately five employees • Provide professional support to national and international clients in the field of animal feed production • Build strategic relationships with customers, research institutions, and industry partners • Analyze and optimize the product portfolio with a focus on innovation and quality • Lead and implement effective projects to advance testing standards • Perform system, product, and supplier audits in the feed sector according to specific standards (e.g., GMP+, QS Quality and Safety, KAT, VLOG) • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for developing new products and improving existing ones • Provide expert consulting to support compliance with regulations and certification requirements in the feed industry • Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and clients on feed certification standards and best practices • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote feed certification services and products
• University degree (preferably in agricultural sciences) • Several years of experience and strong knowledge in feed production and quality management (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP+, QS, KAT, feed analytics, etc.) • Ideally trained as an auditor according to DIN 19011 • Willingness to travel (national/international) and very good German and English language skills • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and professional presence • Class B driving license and proficient in MS Office
