📋 Description

• Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept through deployment • Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, and business transformation initiatives • Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, and success metrics • Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners • Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and operational impact • Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and emerging technologies • Support the development of Business Assurance's AI roadmap • Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and scaling of successful solutions • Support oversight of cross-pillar initiatives and dependencies • Promote project management best practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, or a related field • Proven track record delivering technology or business transformation projects • Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working in global, matrix organizations • Agile project delivery experience preferred • Experience with managing AI projects related to Sales with usage of Salesforce would be a strong advantage • Fluency in English in addition to local language.
