⢠Lead and further develop the Customer Service team (currently six employees), including personnel planning, motivation and technical leadership ⢠Ensure efficient order processing from quotation to receipt of payment ⢠Review, validate and forward customer orders, and prepare and release test reports in the field of environmental analytics ⢠Provide professional customer advice, maintain transparent communication and handle complaints ⢠Work closely with the laboratory, sales and accounting to optimize processes and customer satisfaction
⢠Completed scientific training or degree with a business-oriented mindset ⢠Experience or interest in water and environmental analytics ⢠Initial leadership experience with a focus on team development and motivation ⢠Knowledge of order processing, customer communication and confident use of MS Office ⢠Very good German and good English skills
