📋 Description
• Define and document project scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria, translating business needs into technical specifications. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets Implement and enforce project methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Agile) for efficient workflow. • Act as the main communication bridge between technical teams (engineers, architects) and nontechnical stakeholders (product managers, executives, clients). • Provide clear, concise, and regular project status updates, resolving conflicts, and managing stakeholder expectations. • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. • Coordinate work across various cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Product, QA, Operations).
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Preferred Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Master's degree (MBA, MS in AI, Data Analytics, or Technology Preferred Management) Continuous professional development or certification in AI/ML Preferred (e.g., Google AI, Microsoft Azure AI, or Stanford AI Professional Program) are advantageous. • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in business strategy, Required digital transformation, or technology leadership roles. • 3-5 years leading AI, analytics, or machine learning projects with Preferred measurable impact. • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets Preferred Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
