📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and audit the existing app; propose and implement improvements inspired by top health/consumer apps. • Build and refine a Figma design system using variables, tokens and components; document naming conventions for engineering hand-off. • Design multi-brand theming (white-label support) and export tokens for engineering integration. • Implement gamification mechanics and glassmorphic UI solutions while ensuring accessibility and cross-platform parity. • Mentor and coach the internal design team with daily feedback (voice memos/screenshares) and maintain comprehensive documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of world-class apps showing measurable engagement/ROI improvements across mobile, tablet and desktop. • Expert Figma skills — design systems, variables, tokens, components, and experience exporting tokens for engineering. • Proven experience designing gamification systems and advanced UI styles (glassmorphism) with accessibility in mind. • Nice-to-have: Prior experience in health, behavioral health, clinical or medically inclined apps. • Nice-to-have: Experience building white-label themes and multi-brand design frameworks.

🏖️ Benefits

• Base fee: USD $2,500 fixed short-term contract (project-based). • Additional engagements negotiable on successful delivery. • Payment in USD via Wise or bank direct deposit. • Fixed-price invoicing on agreed milestones.
