• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Program Management, COO support, or Business Transformation. • Strong experience designing and improving operational systems. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Outstanding organizational and planning capability. • Strong analytical and commercial thinking. • Experience documenting processes and building operational frameworks. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment. • AI-First Operations Experience We're specifically looking for someone who actively embraces AI throughout operational leadership.
