🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Program Management, COO support, or Business Transformation. • Strong experience designing and improving operational systems. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Outstanding organizational and planning capability. • Strong analytical and commercial thinking. • Experience documenting processes and building operational frameworks. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment. • AI-First Operations Experience We're specifically looking for someone who actively embraces AI throughout operational leadership. Experience using AI for: • - SOP creation • - Process mapping • - Documentation • - Reporting • - Meeting management • - Workflow optimization • - Knowledge management • - Business analysis • - KPI reporting • - Operational planning will be highly regarded. • Experience using ChatGPT and modern AI productivity platforms is expected. • Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded: • - Business Operations • - HealthTech • - Education technology • - SaaS • - Automation • - No-code platforms • - Digital transformation • - ClickUp • - GoHighLevel • - Business Intelligence • - Quality Management • - Continuous Improvement • - ISO-style process management.
