📋 Description
• Design the Future of Human Intelligence and create AI-powered customer experiences • Influence product strategy and shape customer journeys • Improve accessibility and guide product thinking • Design mobile interfaces, web applications, dashboards, and interactive prototypes • Collaborate directly with executive leadership, Product, AI Engineers, Designers, Developers, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams • Own the complete product design lifecycle from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, user testing, high-fidelity design, developer handoff, and post-launch optimization
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience • A portfolio demonstrating world-class digital product design across web and mobile platforms • Strong experience designing complex SaaS, AI, HealthTech, EdTech, or enterprise applications • Expertise using Figma and modern product design workflows • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, responsive design, and design systems • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment • Experience using AI for UX research, persona development, journey mapping, interface generation, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, accessibility reviews, design QA, product documentation, customer insight analysis will be highly regarded.
