📋 Description

• Lead strategy → system → flows → UI → motion for 15+ modules across verticals. • Create a tokenized Figma system (Variables/Modes) that maps 1:1 to FlutterFlow themes/design library for rapid cloning. • Ship micro-interactions and animated feedback with Rive/Lottie that run natively in Flutter. • Design ethical gamification loops (progress, streaks, rewards) that drive adherence—no dark patterns. • Prototype, test, and validate; ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance and smooth handoff to engineering. • Work autonomously with daily WhatsApp updates and a weekly demo/call; build in our Figma.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years cross-platform product design; portfolio that clearly shows pioneering motion + systematic design. • Expert in Figma Variables/Tokens & component architecture; Flutter/FlutterFlow theming familiarity. • Rive/Lottie animation authoring or tight collaboration with motion designers. • Accessibility fluency (WCAG 2.2), usability testing, and performance awareness.
