📋 Description

• Design intuitive mobile application experiences. • Create user flows and wireframes. • Develop interactive prototypes. • Improve customer journeys. • Validate design concepts before development. • Build production-ready FlutterFlow applications. • Create reusable components. • Maintain scalable design systems. • Integrate APIs and backend services. • Support testing and deployment. • Leverage AI to improve: • - Product ideation • - UX research • - Wireframing • - Documentation • - Interface design • - Component generation • - Testing • - Workflow optimization • - Product planning • Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, AI Engineering, Technical Architecture, Marketing, Operations, Developers, Leadership to deliver exceptional digital experiences. • Continuously improve usability, optimize user flows, reduce friction, increase engagement, strengthen accessibility, and continuously improve product quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience building applications using FlutterFlow. • Strong understanding of mobile UX and UI principles. • Experience designing customer journeys and user flows. • Ability to rapidly prototype ideas. • Strong FlutterFlow shipping history: you’ve built and launched real FlutterFlow apps to production. • Strong UI craft: you can deliver pixel-perfect execution and consistent design systems inside FlutterFlow. • Solid integration skills: REST APIs, auth flows, state management, offline/latency states, caching patterns, error/empty/loading states. • Comfort with custom code when needed (custom actions/functions/widgets) while staying FlutterFlow-first. • You’re AI-native: you actively use modern AI tools for development/design/testing and can describe your workflow clearly. • You’re organized: you keep ClickUp updated, communicate clearly, and document decisions. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Outstanding attention to detail. • Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment. • AI-First Product Design Experience: We're specifically looking for someone who actively embraces AI throughout product development. Experience using AI for: • - UX research • - Wireframing • - Interface generation • - Documentation • - User stories • - Product planning • - Testing • - Quality assurance • - Workflow optimization • - Rapid prototyping will be highly regarded. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded: Flutter, Firebase, Supabase, API integrations, No-code platforms, Low-code platforms, SaaS products, AI products, HealthTech, Education technology, Product analytics, Mobile app publishing, Design systems, Figma.
