📋 Description
• Lead design strategy and direction – Audit our existing app, identify weaknesses, and propose improvements using inspiration from top‑performing health and consumer apps. • Refine a Figma design system using variables, tokens and components – Implement a structured design token hierarchy. • Multi‑brand theming (white‑label support) – Use Figma variables and tokens to support theme variations. • Glassmorphic and advanced UI techniques – Demonstrate expertise in glassmorphism visual design style. • Gamification and user engagement – Design reward systems, progress bars, checklists and other game‑like elements to increase engagement and retention. • Cross‑platform design – Ensure pixel‑perfect, responsive UI for mobile, tablet and desktop are delivered. • Mentor and coach – Provide daily guidance to the design team and collaborate with leadership on design reviews. • Research and trend analysis – Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design innovations in health and wellness. • Collaborate with engineering – Work closely with PMs and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible.
🎯 Requirements
• Portfolio of world-class apps showing measurable engagement/ROI improvements across mobile, tablet and desktop. • Expert Figma skills — design systems, variables, tokens, components, and experience exporting tokens for engineering. • Proven experience designing gamification systems and advanced UI styles (glassmorphism) with accessibility in mind. • Prior experience in health, behavioral health, clinical or medically inclined apps is preferred. • Experience building white-label themes and multi-brand design frameworks. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Capable of providing concise voice notes or annotated design reviews for the team, in English.

• USD $2,500 fixed short-term contract (project-based) • Additional engagements negotiable on successful delivery • Independent Contractor status only. • Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. • Fixed-price invoicing on agreed milestones.
