📋 Description
• Partner with delivery team to provide high-quality insights • Design custom research plans and lead research programs • Design and execute surveys, interviews, focus groups • Synthesize data to understand talent audiences • Turn findings into actionable insights that inform client strategies • Develop compelling narratives that connect data to business implications
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10+ years in research design and execution, data analysis, and data storytelling • Strong experience across qualitative and quantitative methods • Comfort with research and analysis tools/platforms, including GenAI and LLMs • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives • Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, with initiative to improve processes • Effective communication skills • Build relationships and work effectively across teams and with clients
