📋 Description

• Work directly with Veterans and their families to coordinate non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care services • Serve as a trusted liaison between Veterans, their caregivers, and VA clinical and administrative partners • Guide Veterans and their families through the caregiver search, interview, and hire process • Provide ongoing support to promote continuity of care, satisfaction, and successful outcomes • Maintain accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions • Work collaboratively and professionally with other team members and teams within CareLinx

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, required • Military experience is a plus but not required • Some college-level coursework, preferred • At least one year of experience in a productivity based customer service role, or call center environment or a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
