📋 Description

• Establish and manage a centralized project intake process across CareLinx, Health Data Solutions, Population Health, Life Sciences, and Corporate divisions • Design and implement executive reporting processes that provide visibility into project portfolios, resource allocation, risks, and outcomes across all divisions • Lead and manage cross-divisional projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives • Develop and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the enterprise • Interface and communicate with division leaders, stakeholders, and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in project management roles • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects • Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
