• Design, implement, and optimize automated lifecycle marketing journeys within Customer.io. • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify key touchpoints, ensuring timely and relevant communications to reps, retail partners, and customers. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement, retention, and conversion. • Leverage segmentation, personalization, and data-driven insights to deliver targeted messaging across email, SMS, push notifications, and other relevant channels. • Conduct regular A/B testing and performance assessments to continually refine marketing automation strategies. • Work closely with the Marketing, Tech, and Sales teams to align lifecycle campaigns with overall business objectives. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of lifecycle marketing flows, best practices, and learnings.
• 3+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or similar roles. • Proficiency with Customer.io (or similar marketing automation platforms). • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing, A/B testing, and performance measurement. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with reverse logistics or marketplace platforms is a plus.
