📋 Description

• Serve as a technology expert and trusted point of contact for clients • Lead technical design sessions and develop solutions aligned with client objectives • Oversee client onboarding, data integrations, technology implementations, and enterprise-level platform migrations • Create in-depth documentation, including system diagrams and technical details • Provide training and documentation to empower clients and internal teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, quality assurance, and account management • Demonstrates a growth mindset; identifies growth opportunities and helps improve mature clients' marketing technology capabilities • Support business development efforts with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the offering • Stay current with industry trends and maintain technology expertise through certifications and learning

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a professional solutions-based role • Ability to explain highly technical material and concepts to stakeholders • Expertise with enterprise-level Marketing Automation Platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, Bloomreach, HubSpot or similar • Proficiency in technologies such as REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and personalization languages (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Handlebars) • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices across channels, including email, SMS, push, etc. • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences • Certifications in one or more marketing technologies or related technologies are preferred.
